Competitive Edge is a network of seasoned coaches and experiential training and development consultants devoted to helping corporations, non-profits, schools, and students sharpen their competitive edge; creating a high performing culture marked by trust and authenticity. They- integrate many of the principles underlying the work of Patrick Lencioni (Five Dysfunctions), Pat McMillan (The Performance Factor), Daniel Goleman (Primal Leadership),  and Bruce Tuckman (Developmental Sequence in Small Groups).

One vital, yet frequently overlooked set of intangible assets is “social capital.” Authors Dan Cohen and Lawrence Prusak describe social capital as “the stock of active connections among people; the trust, mutual understanding, and shared values and behaviors that bind members of human networks and communities and make cooperative action possible.” We help organizations to grow their social capital and foster a high performing culture marked by trust and authenticity.
